Designing the Community

4grabs.org is designed as a neighborhood resource. It's built with the spirit of community collaboration in mind. Our intention for offering this resource to the public is to facilitate cooperation and a deepening sense of neighborhood.

We encourage all 4grabs users to adopt and encourage a friendly, cordial, respectfulness in all aspects of services and communications enabled by 4grabs.

Inevitably, there will be abuses and lapses in judgment by folks. For these times, we have designed a means for self-management. Any user is accountable to the neighborhood they're posting in and users in any neighborhood have a say about what is posted near them.

Your Neighborhood Watch

Each registered user is given the power to help maintain a level of quality in their 4grabs neighborhood.

When a neighbor considers one of your postings to be a violation of the Terms of the 4grabs website, and flags your posting, the posting will be temporarally removed until the 4grabs team evaluates its content You will be notified via email of the flagging.

You and your neighbors have control over what stays posted on the map your neighborhood and the lists that are generated by 4grabs.org.
